I’m a Master Mindfulness Practitioner, a CCF-certified Life Coach, and I also hold a B.Ed (Bachelor of Education).
I help people find clarity, create plans that feel realistic and meaningful, and build the confidence to move forward with balance and ease.
My approach is down-to-earth and compassionate, while giving you practical tools and strategies you can put into practice in everyday life.

My approach brings together mindfulness and CBT tools in a way that’s simple and practical. We’ll focus on slowing down, noticing your thoughts and feelings without judgment, and gently shifting the patterns that hold you back.
From there, we’ll work together to create plans that reflect your values and fit your real life step by step, in a way that feels supportive and sustainable. The goal is clarity, confidence, and a sense of balance you can carry forward long after our sessions end.
